Wire feeding systems for LASER welding applications

Front drive, wire feed sensor and wire brake have been brought together in one single and dynamic unit – that is the strong DINSE system for welding applications with a laser. Our front drive with its innovative four roller system provides even more precise, powerful wire feeding and positioning. Through this the wire feed is optimized and slipping is minimized. The digital sensor is mounted behind the front drive and controls the feeding process.

MIG/MAG automatic welding torches

Our liquid-cooled MIG/MAG torches for automated welding are made for highest demands. High duty cycle and maximum productivity result from DINSE dual-circuit cooling. Our separate shielding gas hose ensures no gas loss during the welding process.Our torch necks are available in three different lengths and angles, giving you nine variants from which to choose, for each of our models. For you this means flexibility in welding your individual application and complicated geometries.

DINSE ORIGINAL plugs and sockets

The DINSE ORIGINAL connector is a worldwide known brand name that stands for the highest quality, precision and load-bearing capacity for the current transitions of high-performance electric devices. Arcing at the current transfer or fusion of the inner parts are excluded. This results in a long service life and low wear. Due to their precise conical fit, the DINSE ORIGINAL plugs and sockets are always at least as strong as the connectable welding cables.
