Kjellberg presents the plasma cutting machines of the Q series that combine precise, highest-level plasma cutting and marking with a maximum cutting current of 300 A. Thanks to the modular design, the machine performance can later be upgraded and, thus, adapted to the customer's requirements. The specially developed browser-based operator interface Q-Desk provides real-time process data and information of all plant components on any standard device and location-independent.
With just a few settings the compact plasma cutting units of the Smart Focus series achieve excellent results in the cutting range from 1 to 100 mm – even
under most challenging conditions. The Smart Focus units can also be used for marking, bevel and underwater cutting.
The plasma cutting systems meet the highest demands in the cutting range between 0.5 and 160 mm. Due to the constriction of the plasma arc by means of a heavily rotating swirl gas, it is possible to achieve laser like cuts with nearly dross-free and rectangular cut surfaces. Users benefit from diverse possible
applications as well as low process costs due to high cutting and marking speeds.
