About us
The future of orbital welding.
With our first-class and innovative products around the orbital welding respectively the orbital welding technique (orbital welding machines, open weld heads, closed weld heads, turn tables, remote controls, cold-wire feeders and more) and our experience of many years, Orbitalservice GmbH is the future of orbital welding. We develop, construct and manufacture the best and customized products and solutions for our customers.

Products & Services
We provide complete solutions for our customers. Not only with our modular system for tube-to-tubesheet (with weld head, welding machine, balancer, support-equipment, protective covers and pneumatic clamping system).
From the smallest compact-welding machine worldwide, to technical modern oxygen analyzers with innovative design, open and closed weld heads, up to clever solutions for components, novel remote controls and first-class accessories: Find the suitable equipment for your project.
Whether you want to buy or rent our products: Get in touch with us. We provide you with further information.
Open Weld Heads
The operator has the choice between different, easy operable, open weld heads. With our products we cover an area of application of OD 12 mm up to OD 273 mm. Our weld heads work with a first-class regulated engine and gear, enable many fixing-possibilities of cold wire-holders and can be operated with water- or gas cooled TIG-torches. The weld heads are delivered in a stabile suitcase with high-quality foam-insert.
Closed Weld Heads
We provide the operator with a rash of closed weld heads, which are the slimmest weld heads in their area of application in orbital welding worldwide. The unique clamping system made of spring steel (CWH 21 & CWH 38) enables the operator a comfortable usage, it is inexpensive and can be readjusted several times. Additionally the CWH 21 is able to be reconstructed into a scroll block with a clamping block. The components which have to be welded, are positioned into the clamping block, clamped and this block is put into the weld head. The operator saves the sewing-process and can weld the components in a centered way together. The bigger, water cooled weld heads CWH 53, CWH 76 and CWH 115 are equipped with springing clamping jaws, which are secured by utility patent.
Tube-to-tubesheet Weld Heads
Our tube-to-tubesheet weld head with cold wire feeder (turning) is disposed with a pneumatic clamping system. Even overhead works are possible thanks to the eroded clamping-mandrels and the elastic force of the pneumatic clamping-system.
Rolling System TR1000
The rolling system is a tool which enables to operate big dimensions. Like on each other of our weld heads, this one communicates with our orbital welding machines in real-time.
With the unique construction, gain-conversions and the use of smooth drive belts, it has succeeded to realize the tool in connection to a “normal” orbital welding machine. The parameters “extend” respectively “speed “have been implemented in the software.
Like on our turn tables, the same supports for the adjustment, pivoting disks, wire holders, linear thrust units and hose packages in gas- or water cooled version, can be used.
Compact One/Compact Dual
We operate our orbital welding machines not only via touch screen and revolutionary software, but with the CompactOne we have the smallest compact-orbital machine worldwide. We pay attention to purchase the most important components in Germany. Thanks to this they are available over a long period. Updates not only keep our software on the latest state of technology, but also enable the user to use new functions. New technologies for the industry, like Bluetooth and WLAN, are used for the automatic data transfers (e.g. the wireless transfer of residual oxygen-values to the welding machine), which make it easier for the operator and document the welding process.
