From its wide portfolio of sustainable plant equipment for the metalworking industry Kjellberg shows its plasma cutting systems of the Q, HiFocus and Smart Focus series.
These plasma power sources can be used on 2D or 3D guiding systems, i.e. cutting tables, pipe cutting machines or robots and allow precise and fast plasma cutting in the cutting range from 0.5 up to 160 mm.
Q-Series
The Q-Series offers performance and productivity and above all stands for consistent and reliable cutting quality. High cutting speeds ensure greater efficiency and lower costs per cutting metre. Latest inverter technology also
reduces the CO2 footprint and thus contributes to climate protection.

Q-Series Advanced Performance Package
Oxygen cutting with 450 A up to 120 mm in perfect Kjellberg quality – the latest upgrade for Q series plasma cutting source offers significant technological improvements and optimised cutting data to increase your productivity. The active monitoring of consumables ensures greater safety in cutting processes from 300 A. This contributes to extended protection of the plasma torch and optimised use of consumables. With the ‘Advanced flying start’ technology feature it is now possible to ignite outside the workpiece - without new consumables.
QT Auto Change System
The innovative torch head quick-change system revolutionises plasma cutting for largely unmanned operation. With the QT Changer, interchangeable heads from the
Q series are changed fully automatically. In future, downtimes will be reduced, system availability will be sustainably increased and plasma cutting will therefore be significantly more productive and economical.
